The Patriots announced the signing of LB Junior Seau today, and Belichick claims the veteran 'backer will travel with the team for their two-week stay in California this week. To clear space for Seau, the Patriots placed OLB Adalius Thomas on the Injured Reserve list, ending his season. Thomas suffered a broken arm a few weeks ago, but was not placed on the IR with the hope he could be available for the playoffs.
